Bath Salts 200g

The Alchemist Lab Bath Salts are a blend of bentonite clay and pharmaceutical grade magnesium chloride flakes sourced from the Tibetan Plateau located 3200m above sea level. This pristine environment is where the local people produce these flakes using chemical free methods.

This looks cool but what is it for

These magnesium bath salts are used to help provide relief from muscle fatigue, aches, pains and cramps. Magnesium is a muscle relaxant that can also help with improving your skin, sleep, headaches and hormonal balance.

What to do with me

Add 100-200g of bath salts to bath, get in, lay back and enjoy! Soak for at least 20 minutes to get the best results. For a foot soak add 50-100g of bath salts to a bucket and immerse your weary feet.
