Our Magnesium Oil is used to help aid sleep and muscle recovery, while further helping to relieve mild aches, muscle pains and cramps.
What to do with me
Spray our Magnesium Oil onto the affected areas and gently massage into the skin. To increase effectiveness, apply after a hot shower and leave on overnight. A slight tingling sensation may occur, this is normal for some people and may indicate a magnesium deficiency. Wash off after 20 minutes if tingling continues.
Things we recommend to do and not to do
This product is not recommended for children under the age of 16. Always patch test first and discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Do not ingest or spray onto the face. Take caution spraying near metal surfaces/items as this product is full of magnesium and may cause rusting.
