Aristotelis Devrelis

Podiatrist; BPod

Hi, I’m Aristotelis (Ari for short) and I graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry (Honours) in 2021 and am incredibly excited to start my career as a Podiatrist at the Podiatry Place @ Henley!

I have a keen interest in Diabetic foot care, as well as sports injury management, nail surgery, dermatology and paediatrics.

I see the feet like foundations for the body. Just like a house with unstable foundations will come falling down, a body with sore feet will as well. We spend all day on our feet, so it’s important we’re looking after them, they’re healthy and functioning pain free to allow us to keep doing what we love!!

I am originally from Adelaide and one of the things I love is the multicultural community that exists here. I am of Greek background and speak it fluently and as such I love to engage with different cultures and people from all walks of life. The Podiatry Place and PhysioWest provide a safe space for all cultures and have welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home. I would love to provide the same experience for you!

My heavy involvement in sport (soccer, basketball and swimming) has grown my passion for sporting injury management. And my work with diabetic patients in Port Pirie and Whyalla has grown my appreciation for diabetic foot care and dermatology.

Outside of Podiatry I love to keep active playing soccer and pumping out a few sets at the gym. I love reading in my spare time and following the NBA, AFL and Premier League. On top of my Podiatry degree I have also completed a Diploma in Modern Greek and am currently completing my endorsed prescription of medicines.

“I can’t wait to meet and work with you, book your appointment above and we can begin our journey together!!” ARI DEVRELIS
