RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Policy

When purchasing shoes, we suggest ensuring the correct fit by trying them on inside the house on clean flooring to avoid any wear marks on the soles.You may return an item within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is in original condition, tags are still intact and with the original packaging intact. Our customer service team will assess each order that is returned back to us. We will not accept your return if The Podiatry Place @ Henley considers the item(s) used. All returns will be sent back to The Podiatry Place @ Henley at the customer's cost.

The value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a new item, the value of the item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed. We cannot apply discounts from past sales or promotions.

NOTE: We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Please follow the below steps:

1. Contact our customer service team on  08 83560071  OR email us at  reception@thepodiatryplacehenley.com.au.  Make sure you supply us with your order number, and whether you would like to return or exchange your purchase.

2. Re-package your purchase in its original packaging and include the receipt of purchase inside the parcel.

3. Affix our address & your return address to the outside of the parcel packaging. Please ensure you use a trackable service.

4. Drop off your package at any authorised Australia Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. Once your return has arrived back to us, please allow up to two weeks for it to be processed.

The Podiatry Place @ Henley does not take any responsibility for any packages that are not received on our end.

Exchanges are subject to online availability. If your preferred item is not available at the time of processing you will receive store credit.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?
Please note that we do not offer returns, credit or exchanges on Sales items. Sales items are considered items that have been discounted.
FAULTS OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you feel that your goods are damaged or contain faults, please contact our service team; reception@thepodiatryplacehenley.com.au

You will need to be able to either produce the product in person or provide photos and descriptions in the first instance of your claim.
