Information

Because we use Couriers on all standard deliveries, we are unable to ship to a PO Box.

If a recipient at the delivery location is unable to sign for the package it will either be re-delivered as arranged by the recipient or alternatively dropped off to a nearby collection point. To avoid delays, we suggest nominating a shipping address where you're typically present - such as work.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
At The Podiatry Place @ Henley, we aim to get your order out as soon as possible. We aim to process and post your order within 2 business days. Business days are referred to as Monday - Friday, with the exception of any SA/national public holiday that falls on those days.

You will be emailed a tracking number and the assigned courier once your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Once the courier has your parcel, your approximate delivery times are as follows:


  • Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 2-4 Business days
  • Adelaide 1-3 Business days
  • Perth and Tasmania: 5-7 Business days
  • Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a notification and tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
MY ORDER WAS RECIEVED DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE
If you feel that your goods are damaged or contain faults, please contact our service team; reception@thepodiatryplacehenley.com.au

You will need to be able to either produce the product in person or provide photos and descriptions in the first instance of your claim.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, our courier may leave your parcel on the premises without a signature if it is safe to do so. If the courier does not feel this is appropriate, your parcel will be taken to a local facility for collection.
